If your Developer client has not already engaged us as part of his Project Team for his new Development, we can play a valuable role in assisting you (from our experience at the Body Corporate administrative coal face) in areas such as the implications of and determination and description of Unit to Unit and Common Property boundaries and in considering where Accessory Units and/or Common Property areas should be located.

Resulting from our extensive experience as Body Corporate Secretary operators, we are usually able to bring a small but important dimension of support advice to your work that will benefit the Development and your Client and reflect credit on your work.

We constantly need or are asked to interpret Unit Plans and we find that placements and descriptions of the boundaries are critical. With our experience in the day to day running of Bodies Corporate we can be of immeasurable help to you and your client.
